Mechanical Engineer
About this role
Vital Lyfe is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop water-making technology components, managing the full lifecycle from concept through high-volume production. You'll own mechanical systems including pumps and valves while driving manufacturing process optimization and automation.
What you'll do
- Design mechanical components (pumps, valves, pressure vessels) for water-making systems
- Lead product development from conceptual design through manufacturing launch
- Test, validate, and iterate on prototypes to ensure reliability across diverse environments
- Develop and optimize production line processes, including automation and control systems
- Establish supply chain strategy and product lifecycle management balancing cost and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system-level optimization
