IT Engineer
About this role
Virtru seeks an IT Engineer to provide remote technical support and infrastructure management across a geographically distributed workforce. You'll handle end-user issues, manage hardware and identity/access provisioning, troubleshoot cloud and local applications, and drive automation initiatives while partnering with Security, Engineering, and other departments.
What you'll do
- Provide multi-timezone IT support via tickets, calls, and messages for geographically distributed employees
- Manage endpoint and hardware inventory, provisioning, and lifecycle
- Provision and de-provision employee identity and access across systems
- Troubleshoot local and cloud-based application issues and escalate as needed
- Create technical documentation and perform permission audits across IT systems
- Partner with Security on compliance standards (SOC 2, FedRAMP, PCI) and identify automation opportunities
