The role is hybrid-based in West Los Angeles with emphasis on digital design, RTL coding, and hardware verification for mission-critical applications.

What you'll do

  • Architect digital designs for wireless communication projects
  • Develop fixed-point signal processing blocks in collaboration with systems engineers
  • Code RTL, create simulation testbenches, and perform synthesis with timing closure
  • Verify hardware functionality and troubleshoot using logic analyzers
  • Support RF and software engineering teams
  • Participate in all R&D phases from concept through field deployment

What they're looking for

  • FPGA design with 6+ years experience (or 4 years with Master's, 2 with PhD)
  • Fixed-point binary arithmetic and digital signal processing
  • Multi-clock-domain and high-utilization FPGA designs
  • Xilinx FPGAs, SoCs, and Vivado IDE
  • RTL coding and testbench development
  • Hardware verification and logic analysis
  • MATLAB (preferred)
  • Communication systems design on FPGA/ASIC (preferred)
