About this role
Scout Motors seeks a REEV Function Integration & Software Planning Specialist to develop powertrain and drive system integration for next-generation electric pickup trucks and SUVs. This role bridges engineering disciplines to coordinate prototype and serial development, manage software integration, and solve complex technical challenges across cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and integrate powertrain and drive systems for all-electric Scout vehicles
- Review software functions and identify gaps or improvement opportunities within assigned features
- Execute drive system integration testing plans aligned with system architecture and program goals
- Coordinate prototype and serial development activities including software availability and test planning
- Collaborate with concept architects, calibration teams, and testing groups on technical input and issue resolution
- Partner with systems architect teams to solve engineering and functional challenges
