We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to join our System Hardware Development Team in Santa Clara, California, where you'll be instrumental in creating next-generation enterprise storage solutions. This role involves overseeing the hardware lifecycle, ensuring system performance, and collaborating closely with various engineering and manufacturing teams.
What you'll do
- Design high-performance hardware systems and manage schematic capture.
- Lead hardware validation and implement comprehensive test plans.
- Act as technical lead for product introduction to mass production.
- Conduct failure and root cause analysis to enhance system reliability.
- Work primarily in-office, adhering to company policies.
