About this role
Arena Intelligence is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to develop and maintain high-performance API products for enterprise clients. This role involves creating systems for AI model evaluation and contributing to comprehensive infrastructure for a competitive tech environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build high-reliability APIs for AI model leaderboards.
- Solve complex streaming challenges with robust response handling.
- Develop enterprise-grade infrastructure ensuring compliance and security.
- Implement deep observability and real-time monitoring systems.
- Integrate AI-centric features into existing platforms.
- Collaborate across the stack to unify data architectures.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years in backend engineering
- Proficiency in Go and/or Rust
- Experience with LLM provider APIs
- Strong cloud skills with AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
- Understanding of developer experience
- Comfort with a startup environment
- Familiarity with distributed systems
