About this role
Neuralink is seeking a Software Engineer focused on CI/CD to enhance its infrastructure and support the rapid deployment of innovative technologies in neural interface systems. This role involves designing CI/CD platforms, managing build tools, and ensuring reliability across diverse hardware and software environments.
What you'll do
- Design and scale the CI/CD platform for rapid, safe deployments
- Manage software/firmware build tooling at scale
- Operate and expand a mixed on-prem and cloud runner fleet
- Maintain reproducible build and CI environments using Nix
- Monitor CI health with metrics and dashboards
- Reduce developer cycle time through efficient tooling and strategies
What they're looking for
- Experience with Bazel or similar build systems
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience
- GitLab CI or similar CI platform proficiency
- Deep knowledge of UNIX systems, especially Linux and Mac
- Familiarity with Nix for reproducibility
- Proficiency in Rust and Python
- Understanding of Terraform
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS
