  • US Citizenship required, security clearance preferred.
  • Master's or PhD in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years in leadership of technical teams.
  • Expertise in real-time distributed systems design.
  • Knowledge of sensor fusion, mission planning, or electronic warfare.
  • Leadership in modern software development methodologies.
  • Business development experience within the DoD or IC.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
