Project Engineer
About this role
As a Project Engineer, you will facilitate the development of solar projects from concept through construction. You'll collaborate with various teams, managing technical work to ensure projects are optimized, compliant, and executed efficiently.
What you'll do
- Oversee site due diligence, including environmental analysis and surveys.
- Produce civil, electrical, and structural design drawings with AutoCAD.
- Optimize system designs for maximum yield and project value.
- Develop detailed energy models in PVSyst.
- Manage permitting and construction drawings for code compliance.
- Handle project administration, including contracts, bids, and budgets.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in photovoltaic project design and permitting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVSyst
- Familiarity with project management software like Procore
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
