About this role

Lead new product introduction and engineering changes for exterior systems at Lucid's Casa Grande manufacturing facility. This role manages the end-to-end launch of vehicle exterior components and updates, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure flawless production readiness and risk mitigation from development through start of production.

What you'll do

  • Execute new product introduction activities including pre-validation builds, pre-production phases, and start of production launches for exterior systems
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align on materials, processes, and production readiness
  • Identify, track, and resolve technical and operational risks before they impact production
  • Support engineering changes and modifications to exterior components and systems
  • Conduct design reviews and feasibility assessments for manufacturability
  • Document and communicate launch plans, milestones, and status across stakeholder groups
