What you'll do

- Conduct warranty claims analysis and quality data analytics to identify improvement trends
- Coordinate in-vehicle testing, customer dealership visits, and detailed technical investigations
- Report quality status to stakeholders and ensure timely submission of customer documentation
- Support local inspection facility activities and respond to emerging quality issues with containment tracking
