What you'll do

  • Design and maintain reference network architecture (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, firewall) for consistent rollout across all sites
  • Administer Meraki Dashboard as single source of truth for configuration, firmware, licensing, alerting, and capacity planning
  • Operate Tailscale zero-trust mesh network including ACLs, device posture, and access routing
  • Proactively monitor connectivity, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize mean-time-to-recovery
  • Plan and manage network installations and upgrades for new offices and refreshes, directing vendors and on-site teams
  • Manage ISP and connectivity vendor relationships including contracts, SLAs, and network spend forecasting

Likely interview questions

  • Walk us through a multi-site network you designed end to end — what trade-offs did you make, and how did you handle a failure mode or cutover without downtime?
  • Tell us about your experience with Cisco Meraki at scale. What do you understand about the routing, segmentation, and RF that the Dashboard abstracts away, and when have you had to troubleshoot below that abstraction?
