What you'll do
- Support client pilots, onboarding, and training to maximize platform adoption
- Design and evaluate AI use cases for contract review, legal research, and document drafting
- Gather user insights and translate feedback into actionable product recommendations
- Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks for legal AI deployment
- Collaborate with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams on real-world implementations
- Test AI outputs and identify where the technology meets or misses accuracy targets
What they're looking for
- Legal knowledge or experience (J.D. preferred, paralegal/clerk background required)
- AI and technology curiosity with prompt engineering willingness
- Strong communication between legal and technical stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- User feedback synthesis and documentation
- Workflow automation understanding
