About this role
The Shop Floor Engineer is responsible for collaborating with the production team to ensure that parts meet specified designs and quality standards. This position involves troubleshooting production issues and supporting machinists in achieving inspection readiness.

- Collaborate with shop foreman and machinists on the production floor
- Assist machinists with drawing and inspection understanding
- Support and resolve inspection issues with parts
