About this role
This role seeks an experienced Java developer with active TS/SCI clearance to build and maintain secure, mission-critical applications for federal geospatial initiatives. The position involves designing scalable enterprise applications, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting operations within classified environments.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications in secure enterprise settings
- Build RESTful services and backend components for data-intensive workflows
- Collaborate with systems engineers, analysts, and architects on cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues
- Support deployment and sustainment of applications in classified environments
