Join a cross-functional engineering team designing and developing advanced undersea communication and power systems. This role combines circuit design, high-voltage DC power electronics, and hands-on lab work with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and drive innovation in mission-critical applications.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test undersea communication and power systems
- Lead high-voltage DC power module design ranging from watts to kilowatt+ converters
- Perform circuit design, mixed-signal analysis, and board-level troubleshooting
- Conduct Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
- Develop specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for electronic systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers while staying current with technology trends
