About this role

We're looking for an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair, and commission audiovisual systems at client sites in Sacramento, CA or Pennsylvania. You'll diagnose complex AV issues, ensure proper system configuration and performance, and provide technical support to clients across various platforms and technologies.

What you'll do

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of AV systems including audio, video, control, and conferencing equipment
  • Commission and calibrate AV systems with testing and verification before client handoff
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams on system delivery
  • Provide client training and technical guidance on AV system operation
  • Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and technical documentation
  • Stay current with AV technology trends, equipment, and industry best practices
