About this role
Kos is an AI-powered finance automation platform serving infrastructure and defense companies, and seeks a software engineer intern to build production features alongside founding engineers. You'll work on eval infrastructure, ERP integrations, dashboards, or agent training pipelines that directly impact live customers.
What you'll do
- Build and ship a bounded project in eval infrastructure, ERP integration, ops dashboards, or agent training
- Work directly with founding engineers as mentors and code reviewers
- Learn AI agent systems, eval harnesses, and production infrastructure from the inside
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions
- Contribute to team culture and engineering practices

- Python, TypeScript, or Go
- LLM and AI agent experience (hands-on projects preferred)
- Computer-use workflows or agentic systems
