About this role

Kodiak Robotics seeks an experienced Hardware Quality Industrialization Engineer to establish and lead the quality function for their growing autonomous vehicle manufacturing operation. As a founding quality team member, you'll develop data-driven processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance across their hardware supply chain.

What you'll do

  • Build repeatable quality processes across internal teams and external manufacturing partners
  • Evaluate and audit suppliers to verify compliance with Kodiak standards and requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis on field returns and drive corrective actions
  • Establish test parameters, pass/fail criteria, and testing strategies with internal teams
  • Manage supply verticals such as PCBAs and harnesses throughout the production lifecycle
  • Ensure external partners meet compliance and certification requirements
