What you'll do
- Design and build identity, authentication, and authorization systems handling OAuth, OIDC, mTLS and related protocols
- Architect distributed systems ensuring security, multi-tenancy, and sub-10ms auth decision latency across deployments
- Develop core services, SDKs, and APIs for developers integrating Keycard's control plane
- Make technical trade-offs to ship quickly while building long-term system foundations
- Lead by example on technical excellence and help grow the engineering team
- Shape how Keycard adopts agents internally as an agent-native organization
What they're looking for
- Identity and access management systems (OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, mTLS)
- Distributed systems design with focus on consensus and reliability
- Go, Rust, or similar systems programming languages
- Multi-tenant system architecture
- API and SDK design
- Security-first thinking
- 0→1 product building
