What you'll do

  • Lead commissioning and OEM integration for new data center infrastructure with liquid and air cooling systems
  • Manage vendor maintenance for cooling delivery units, rear door heat exchangers, and direct liquid cooling components
  • Monitor operations via BMS tools, respond to alarms, and troubleshoot cooling, power, and monitoring issues
  • Serve as primary liaison with data center and colocation service providers for operational matters
  • Review, supervise, and execute standard operating procedures and maintenance activities with internal and external teams
  • Coordinate with IT teams on build requirements and develop operational documentation

  • Direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems design and troubleshooting
  • Data center mechanical and electrical infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, PDUs)
  • Cooling and electrical principles including redundancy and airflow management
  • Server OEM compatibility and integration experience
  • SOP/EOP/MOP development and implementation
  • BMS and monitoring systems operation
  • Multi-vendor and cross-team project management
  • CAD experience (preferred)
