Forward Deployed Engineer - Aerospace
About this role
Istari is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be embedded within aerospace and defense customer organizations, writing code and architecting integrations that connect complex engineering workflows to their platform. You'll operate as both a builder and technical executor, solving mission-critical problems at the intersection of digital tools and customer needs.
What you'll do
- Write production code and architect system integrations within customer environments
- Connect CAD, CFD, and FEM pipelines to Istari's platform
- Enable cross-discipline and cross-clearance collaboration workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in unstructured, complex environments
- Collaborate with embedded Program Managers to deliver customer solutions
- Inform product development through direct customer technical insights
