Customer Success Engineer, Robotics Software and Automation
About this role
Join Intrinsic's robotics team at Google to deliver cutting-edge industrial automation solutions to customers across North America. You'll architect technical solutions, deploy production systems, and bridge customer needs with product development while leveraging AI and advanced robotics software.
What you'll do
- Partner with customers to deliver end-to-end robotic automation system deployments
- Design and implement software solutions using Intrinsic's product suite, or guide customers in applying it independently
- Architect scalable industrial automation solutions and scope production delivery paths
- Maintain stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical teams internally and externally
- Provide customer feedback to shape Intrinsic's product roadmap
- Support production deployments and long-term lifecycle management
What they're looking for
- C++ and/or Python software development
- Industrial automation systems design and implementation
- Industrial robot programming (Fanuc, KUKA, UR, ABB, Yaskawa)
- PLC programming and machine vision
- ROS/ROS 2 and Gazebo familiarity
- Cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf)
- Modern web frameworks (Angular)
- Technical communication and problem-solving
