About this role

Glean seeks a Cloud Deployment Software Engineer to build automated systems that streamline customer setup and deployment across cloud environments. You'll develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and handle complex deployment scenarios like custom VPCs, airgapped environments, and multi-region setups while partnering with Platform, Security, and Product teams.

What you'll do

  • Build and enhance systems that automate customer setup and deployment across cloud environments
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code templates and deployment workflows that reduce manual setup
  • Support complex deployment scenarios including BYO-VPC, customer-managed keys, airgapped environments, and custom regions
  • Work on cloud account bootstrapping, authentication configuration, networking, and deployment orchestration
  • Partner with Platform, Security, Product, and customer-facing teams to improve deployment safety and ease of operation
