About this role
Dexterity seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the deployment of warehouse automation robots at new customer sites. You'll bridge gaps between standard products and customer needs, troubleshoot system-level issues, and demonstrate operational metrics to enable rapid scaling across new markets.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure robotic systems at customer facilities in the field
- Identify and resolve gaps between standard products and customer requirements
- Perform system-level performance analysis and optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to implement solutions
- Demonstrate operational metrics and readiness for fleet scaling
- Support new market segment entry and application development
