About this role

What you'll do
- Onboard new customers and configure sensor hardware, gateways, and monitoring dashboards
- Troubleshoot connectivity and communication issues between devices and systems
- Deploy and maintain solutions in Linux-based and containerized environments
- Document technical findings and create tickets for development teams on identified bugs
- Analyze logs, telemetry data, and system anomalies to resolve issues
- Collaborate with customers and support teams to ensure successful ongoing deployments
