Sales Engineer (Customer Success)
About this role
Datadog seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise and sales success by conducting product demos, managing proof-of-concepts, and qualifying opportunities for enterprise clients. You'll collaborate with sales teams and product leadership while supporting customer onboarding and addressing technical challenges throughout the sales lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations and technical sales qualification
- Partner with sales teams to communicate Datadog's value proposition and strategy
- Provide customer onboarding support and troubleshoot technical roadblocks
- Communicate feature requests and customer feedback directly to the product team
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate technical issues as needed
