Counsel is building an AI-native healthcare platform that augments physicians with custom AI tools. This fullstack engineer role offers ownership over product development spanning web, mobile, data infrastructure, and ML integration in a rapidly scaling startup backed by top VCs.

What you'll do

  • Ship and iterate on AI-enabled patient engagement features in collaboration with product and design teams
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical workflows and production systems
  • Enhance physician-facing care platform with AI tooling to improve efficiency and clinical capability
  • Build enterprise integrations including EMR connections, claims data structuring, and health information exchange parsing
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, and product teams to define engineering direction
