Founding GTM Engineer
About this role
Confido seeks a GTM Engineer to design and implement scalable systems that optimize pipeline management, deal acceleration, and cross-functional handoffs across marketing, sales, and customer success. You'll report directly to the CEO and leverage automation and AI to streamline the entire customer acquisition and onboarding funnel.
What you'll do
- Build automations for event preparation, prospecting strategy, and deal management workflows
- Design personalized, dynamic landing pages targeting high-value accounts
- Partner with sales teams to identify intent signals and pipeline triggers
- Create clean system architecture from complex GTM operational challenges
- Manage feature development and communicate directly with customers
- Support sales pipeline infrastructure across the GTM motion
