About this role

Confido seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge customer needs and product development for an AI-powered financial infrastructure platform serving CPG brands. You'll implement enterprise solutions, build integrations, and directly shape the platform while working with customers from onboarding through production.

What you'll do

  • Partner with enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation phases
  • Convert operational workflows into scalable platform features
  • Design and build system integrations with customer tools and data sources
  • Develop solutions for complex financial workflows and data processing
  • Identify product gaps and drive improvements with product and engineering teams
