About this role
Join Coframe as a Product Engineer to own and drive a product line combining product management and engineering skills. You'll work with a talented, well-funded team building adaptive AI-powered interfaces, shipping fast while deeply understanding user needs and leveraging modern AI development tools.
What you'll do
- Conduct daily user research through interviews, session recordings, and funnel analysis
- Ship product improvements rapidly to production
- Build and prototype initial versions, then coordinate handoff of complex features
- Align product direction with company vision and business metrics
- Mentor teams on AI-assisted development practices and tools
- Drive both technical solutions and process improvements
