What you'll do

  • Provide service support and troubleshooting for automated laboratory instrumentation and processes
  • Perform maintenance coordination and root cause analysis on lab equipment
  • Execute Installation, Operational, and Process Qualifications for new equipment
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure accurate regulatory documentation and compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors on equipment issues and manage parts inventory
  • Propose process improvements and represent automation teams in cross-functional meetings
