Software Engineer - Middleware
About this role
Applied Intuition seeks a Software Engineer to develop core middleware components for their software-defined vehicle platform. You'll build high-performance C++ solutions for distributed systems, communication protocols, and functional safety within the AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform framework.
What you'll do
- Design and implement core platform services using C++ with focus on multi-threading and performance optimization
- Develop communication middleware using SOME/IP, DDS, Protobuf, or gRPC protocols
- Work within AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform functional clusters including Communication and Execution Management
- Apply networking expertise to the Ethernet stack for reliable vehicle data exchange
- Contribute to system management functions like Health Management and Diagnostics
- Take ownership of technical decisions in a fast-paced environment
