About this role
Applied Intuition seeks a Software Engineer to design and maintain core developer infrastructure and tooling for Android Automotive OS, including code review systems, build frameworks, and quality-gating tools. You'll collaborate across engineering teams to improve build performance, code quality, and release workflows while establishing best practices for large-scale automotive software development.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain core libraries, frameworks, and developer tools used across the organization
- Own and improve developer infrastructure for building and testing Android Automotive OS
- Operate and maintain the Gerrit code review system ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
- Develop automated code analysis, static analysis, and quality-gating tooling for large-scale codebases
- Collaborate with Android, platform, and application teams to improve code quality and build performance
- Establish best practices and standards for developer tooling across teams
