Apex Companies seeks an experienced Civil Engineer for land development projects in the Somerset/Greensburg, PA area. You'll design site layouts, manage stormwater systems, handle permitting, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on private and municipal developments while advancing your career in a growing AEC firm.

What you'll do

  • Perform civil design for site layout, grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility systems
  • Support feasibility studies, zoning compliance reviews, and permitting coordination with agencies
  • Prepare design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, planners, and surveyors to move projects from concept through construction
  • Participate in client meetings, contractor coordination, and construction support activities
  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, and progress tracking within internal systems
