About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an RF Mission Systems Engineer to integrate and test RF payloads, antennas, and subcomponents for air dominance systems. You'll conduct lab and field validation using advanced RF equipment, support flight tests, and collaborate across teams to deliver autonomous capabilities to customers.

What you'll do

  • Test RF systems including power measurements, pulse response, network analysis, and environmental stress testing
  • Lead air vehicle integration and checkout with EMI/interference and installed performance testing
  • Develop test setups and validate system performance using spectrum and network analyzers
  • Support flight test events and large-scale customer-facing validation exercises
  • Analyze data and troubleshoot RF systems in collaboration with design and systems engineers
  • Communicate technical results internally and externally

  • RF system integration and validation (2+ years hands-on)
  • RF test equipment operation and measurement techniques
  • Communications, sensors, and effector domain expertise (Radar, ESM, EW)
  • EMI/interference testing and analysis
  • Analog and digital systems integration
  • MATLAB, ADS, Ansys HFSS, or COMSOL simulation tools
  • Software development for automated/closed-loop testing
  • Air vehicle design and integration experience
