About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an early-career Manufacturing Engineer to support production of advanced unmanned aerial systems. You'll bridge design and high-volume manufacturing, solving real-time production challenges while driving design-for-manufacturability practices across multiple product lines.

What you'll do

  • Provide daily sustaining support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues
  • Collaborate with design engineers to implement manufacturing best practices during product development and scale-up
  • Create manufacturing documentation including work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements
  • Develop tooling solutions for structural part fabrication and assembly
  • Contribute to customer hardware design including interconnects and board fabrication
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and capacity increases
