About this role

Align is hiring a Desktop Engineer for their Los Angeles-based Managed Services team to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for corporate clients. This hybrid role requires 4 days per week on-site, involves supporting executives and VIPs, and includes rotational on-call coverage.

What you'll do

  • Provide deskside technical support for desktop and end-user issues at client locations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and IT support with focus on executive and VIP users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IP phones, desktops, connectivity, and Microsoft Office/O365
  • Install, upgrade, and remove desktop applications and user workstations
  • Ensure systems, workstations, and printers operate efficiently
  • Participate in rotational on-call schedule including overnight and weekend shifts
