About this role
impact.com seeks an Integration Engineer in Columbus, OH to support the technical onboarding and implementation of clients on their SaaS partnership marketing platform. You'll work cross-functionally to design solutions, guide clients through integration, and troubleshoot technical issues while staying current with platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Support design and implementation of technical solutions for new and existing clients
- Lead technical discovery discussions to understand client requirements and propose optimal solutions
- Stay current with platform capabilities, product enhancements, and industry trends
- Create and maintain technical integration documentation
- Partner with Onboarding team to deliver seamless client onboarding experiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during client implementation
