About this role
iCapital seeks a Full Stack Engineer to develop and enhance web applications using React and Ruby on Rails. You'll collaborate with Product Management throughout the development lifecycle while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring junior team members.
What you'll do
- Build full-stack web applications using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend)
- Develop new features, enhancements, and resolve defects across iCapital's software platforms
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions
- Conduct peer code reviews as part of standard development processes
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and actively engage with the team
- Work with Product Management on requirements and testing validation
