About this role
Harvey seeks a former corporate attorney to bridge legal customers, sales, and product teams by discovering workflow challenges, demonstrating AI-powered solutions, and shaping product direction for transactional legal practices. You'll serve as a trusted advisor translating real legal work into Harvey's platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Conduct discovery with corporate lawyers to uncover pain points and recommend tailored Harvey solutions
- Translate customer feedback and legal workflows into product roadmap direction
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on strategy and execution
- Build and refine product demonstrations and use cases reflecting actual corporate legal work
- Present new capabilities in compelling, credible ways tailored to each customer
- Serve as the voice of the customer bridging legal teams and internal teams
