About this role

Harvey seeks an Automation Engineer to build and maintain the technical infrastructure powering Harvey Academy and the help center. You'll design AI-driven automation pipelines, optimize content delivery systems, and translate educational strategy into production-grade solutions that scale legal AI training.

What you'll do

  • Build AI agents using LLM APIs to automate content creation, review, and publishing workflows
  • Own and optimize the learning technology stack, including Skilljar and Sanity CMS integrations
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks by designing automation systems
  • Partner with Product, User Operations, and GTM teams on ecosystem improvements
  • Implement interactive learning components based on instructional design requirements
  • Support production systems end-to-end with reliability and extensibility focus
