About this role
Hadrian seeks backend engineers to build critical software systems powering autonomous manufacturing factories for aerospace and defense. You'll architect scalable APIs and distributed systems across multiple product lines including the FactoryOS platform, automation products, and robotic control systems.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and deploy backend services and APIs across product verticals
- Build reliable, high-performance systems handling complex manufacturing workflows
- Collaborate on product discovery with manufacturing experts and operators
- Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure in cloud or containerized environments
- Contribute to system architecture for distributed systems and data modeling
- Work with cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing operators
