What you'll do
- Analyze end-user COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT requirements
- Refine technical capability requirements for tactical collection systems
- Evaluate commercial material solutions
- Conduct feasibility analysis and present project execution options
- Review technical documentation and systems engineering artifacts
- Lead foreign partner SIGINT sensor projects from requirements to execution
