About this role

Join a seed-stage startup as the first engineering hire to build and scale an agentic integration platform serving enterprise customers. You'll own core systems end-to-end, establish engineering standards for future team members, and ship production-ready features with immediate customer impact.

What you'll do

  • Own and develop core agent platform, cloud infrastructure, and integrations runtime systems
  • Establish engineering patterns, architectural standards, and best practices for the growing team
  • Ship reliable, observable production systems with continuous deployment
  • Drive end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
  • Collaborate directly with founders on technical strategy and product decisions
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and distributed system reliability patterns
