What you'll do
- Collaborate with Engineering to deploy ML and Gen-AI models
- Identify emerging issue trends using AI insights
- Document new policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Implement quality control processes for human and AI outputs
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Software Quality Operations
- Provide technical leadership to enhance workflows
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in AV Software Quality Operations
- Understanding of machine learning development lifecycle
- Experience in ML testing and validation
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts
- On-call availability for varying schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
- Competency in ML for robotics (preferred)
