What you'll do
- Lead equipment selection and vendor evaluations
- Manage end-to-end process ownership covering design to production
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for better efficiency
- Facilitate installation, commissioning, and production startup
- Translate pilot-line processes to full-scale production
- Monitor and improve throughput, quality, and equipment reliability
