Voyager Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors and energetic materials in Pueblo, CO. What you'll do
- Support all phases of process lifecycle from development to production.
- Design and implement manufacturing procedures and tooling.
- Facilitate transition from pilot scale to full production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and metrics reporting.
- Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field
- 3-5 years of process engineering experience
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret process data
