VIP is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join their RAS Installation Team in Colchester, Vermont. This role involves installing beverage software, providing customer training, and managing projects while fostering customer relationships.

- Install and set-up VIP Solution Packages and Software
- Provide training and on-site support for customers
- Troubleshoot issues and manage software upgrades
- Communicate with the Software Support Team
- Gather feedback for development teams
