As an AI Agent Engineer at TRM Labs, you'll develop advanced AI applications focusing on large language models and agentic systems to enhance investigative capabilities in crime disruption. Your role will involve building modular agents, architecting frameworks, and ensuring the reliability and safety of AI systems in sensitive environments.

What you'll do

  • Architect and implement agentic frameworks for tool use and planning
  • Create intelligent agents to automate investigative tasks
  • Extend and scale LLM infrastructure with prompt engineering
  • Design observable and auditable agent behaviors
  • Evaluate system performance and iterate based on user feedback
